We don't spend vast amounts of money on advertising and sales people. You've likely found us through word of mouth and we pass this saving onto you to be competitive.
How long is the contract?
We don't believe in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Ultimately if you decide to leave then we've failed and you shouldn't have to pay for that.
So there are no extra costs?
The only other thing you may want to pay for is SMS credits. This is so your customers can get notified of bookings via SMS. We charge the exact amount we're charged for them and don't make anything from them. (around 4p each). We don't charge for bookings, we don't charge for support, we don't charge for anything. We're a subscription service and that's it.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount if you pay yearly. We'd always suggest people try out the software on the monthly plan first however. You can upgrade to yearly at any time
Are there any setup or initiation fees?
Nope, we don't charge anything to get started. We'll even help you get setup for free. Just speak to us if you need any help during the setup process
How often does BookingNinja typically increase prices?
We've only ever increased prices once in 4 years. We don't plan on increasing prices again until at least 2025.
Are there any discounts for startups, nonprofits, or educational institutions?
Speak to us and we'll see what we can do. We're always happy to help out where we can but we are a small team so what we can offer can vary.
What happens if I use the free plan and go over the 75 bookings?
We'll reach out to you and ask you to upgrade to a paid plan, if you don't want to then we'll decline future bookings until your under the 75 again. We'll never charge you for anything without your permission.
What is the branding included on my booking page?
We don't advertise on your booking page, but we do have a small logo in the bottom right of the page. It's a lot less intrusive than other providers.
